Grief is something we will all experience in life, and when we do, we can often not know how to support ourselves and that’s not entirely our own fault...

For a seriously long time, we’ve been fed by society that we must shoulder on with our grief and ‘get on with it ’ on our accord. Yes, we must learn to rely on our own sense of self at times, but I firmly believe there is power in community. Community is what saved my life!

Grief is something that shouldn’t have to be experienced alone. We do need others to bare witness to our grief and our journey. To be touchstones to memory and our cheerleaders for when times are tough and also in the glory, too.

As the saying goes, it really does takes a village!

  • Group mentoring is the perfect opportunity for you to connect, meet others who are grieving and understand your grief further in an intimate but not overwhelming setting.

These groups consist of max 10 participants meeting over 7 weeks together with me.

Each session holds a particular focus that has derived from each attendee, ensuring that all participants are able to share what is on their heart and soul.

One 1:1 session with me is included before we begin our weekly group sessions. As well as one additional optional 1:1 session should you feel you need it during our time together.

Please note, all sessions are virtual and held on Google hangout.

  • It used to be a luxury for organisations and business's to invest in workshops and training such as grief education and support. Now it seems more of a necessity and a bit of a deal breaker for employees.

We're living off the back of a global pandemic where everyone loss something. Be that a loved one, a way of life, a perspective.

Everybody lost something. Everybody has in their own way, grieved.

We spend a large amount of our time in our place of work, and our grief is something that we spend a LOT of time with too (forever, actually). We can't leave it at the door when we come to work, it's not that easy.

By cultivating a more grief positive and literate working environment, you're no longer making your employees feel they have to choose what mask they put on everyday when coming to work.
