Our workshops provide practical tools, creative outlets and gentle guidance to help you explore, grow and navigate life with grief. Each workshop is carefully designed to offer space for reflection, learning, expression and connection with fellow members.
Our workshops can include expert co-facilitators and some of your favourite grief speakers and educators!

Members have access to a private Whatsapp chat community. This chat function is here for members to further connect, reflect and receive calendar and schedule updates.

I’m Amber Jeffrey, the founder of The Grief Gang!
Whatever experience of grief and loss has brought you to this corner of the world- It sucks that any of us have to be here. But what I firmly believe you’ll find in this community that even though we’re bound by some of the most devastating losses in life, we are always in good company.
Company that understands your grief, respects duality, honours, supports and empowers you to carve a fulfilling life alongside living with grief.
Over the past 7 years of running Grief Gang, I’ve been on the frontlines with grieving individuals day in day out. Listening, learning and collectively changing the landscape on what it truly means and looks like to live with grief.
I continue to learn and honour all that I do through the hundreds of grieving hearts I’ve supported and walked alongside in 1:1, group circles and a growing online community of over 70,000 - and now this membership platform.
Everything you’ll find here has been built, created and fuelled by personal and community lived experience. This is a community space built not just by me, but the people who made and continue to make The Grief Gang what it is today!

Yes, this membership is open to all grievers across the globe. However, please keep in mind this is a UK centric membership platform and timings of live offerings are favoured towards this time zone. If the timings of our support groups and workshops work for you and your lifestyle, you are welcome to join!

Nope! You are welcome to attend a workshop or support group and simply listen. We understand that listening and just being part of a conversation is more than enough, depending on how we feel on that day.
We will always encourage verbal sharing in any space, but it is not mandatory.

Of course not! But for you to get the most out of your membership, it is encouraged. But we get that some members prefer to watch workshops in their own time- or perhaps enjoy our static content such as resources, perks & discounts and blog more.

All workshops are recorded so members who can’t make the sessions live can watch back in their own time. However when we open up any workshop for sharings, questions and interactions- this is edited out of the playback edit. Members can share in full confidence.
No support groups are recorded to remain confidentiality, anonymity and comfort.

No, we welcome all members of all ages but must be 18+ to join.

No, this membership is open to all loss experiences of any time length. Whether you are 5 months or 5 years + into your grief- you are welcome. We have members who are in their 1st year and some in their 10th. We all need community, no matter how long or short it’s been.

Yes! In all support groups and workshops, chat features are enabled for you to chat with members and also verbally too.
As a member you also have access to our private whatsapp community to further connect with members.

The Grief Gang Membership at present is not a consistently open membership.
This is to ensure all new members are onboarded safely, correctly and in a welcoming manner.
If you’d like to join the membership and our window is closed- please do get in touch or enrol yourself on our mailing list to receive direct email updates as to when we next open.

There are no varying levels to the membership! Your membership will give you access to everything on the platform, no hidden surprises.

Yes! You will receive weekly and monthly emails reminding you of what’s on for the week and month ahead. Within our private chat function, you will also receive daily (when applicable), weekly and monthly texts to remind you of sessions so you don’t miss out.

This is a UK based membership platform and timings of support groups and workshops are favoured towards UK timings that are desired. However, we understand this is a global community and try our best to offer various timings, particularly more with our support groups, to cater to worldwide members.
