The Podcast Normalising Grief

I'm glad you asked. I now get to tell you about my favourite person EVER!
Back in 2016, our incredible mum, Sue, died of a sudden heart attack. 51 years old, survived by my brother and I. We had just celebrated my 19th birthday.

Fast forward the 3 most turbulent & traumatic years of my life, I'd had enough of bottling up my emotions and feelings when it came to my grief. It was bursting out of me, I needed a release but couldn't find the right resource or outlet to do so. Then it came to me..."If I can't find that voice, then I will be that voice" and The Grief Gang podcast was born.

You will find here a catalogue of podcast episodes ranging from my own ongoing experience with grief, alongside thought provoking and emotive guest special episodes from all different walks of life and loss. 

This show and community is dedicated to empowering you to tell your story & experiences. To show you that you are not the only one. Because when it rains, it pours, but how nice is it to know you're not in the downpour alone?
