Terms of Service and cancellation & refund: membership.
Grief Gang Membership is a recurring monthly subscription (£12.99/month), separate from any individual programme or booking - including In Honour.
You can cancel your membership at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you'll keep access until then, and no partial-month refunds are given for time already paid.
As with our other services, you have 14 days from the date you first sign up to cancel for a full refund of that initial payment, if you change your mind early on.

Terms of Service: In Honour.
By booking a place on In Honour, you're securing a seat in a live, five-week group programme delivered online via Zoom, led by Amber Jeffrey / The Grief Gang.
This is a facilitated peer support space, not a substitute for therapy, counselling, or medical treatment. If you're currently in crisis or need clinical support, please seek that alongside or instead of this programme.
Places are limited to 10 per cohort. Booking is confirmed once your deposit or full payment is received.
Payment can be made in full at booking, or via a £50 deposit plus scheduled instalments, fully settled before the cohort begins. Full payment terms are shown at checkout.
You must be 18 or over to book. Sessions are not recorded, out of respect for the group's privacy, and we ask that anything shared within the group stays within the group.
We collect and handle your personal data in line with our Privacy Policy.

Cancellation & refund policy: In honour
You have 14 days from the date of booking to change your mind and receive a full refund of whatever you've paid - deposit or full payment. Just get in touch and it'll be sorted, no questions asked.
After the 14-day window, the £50 deposit becomes non-refundable, as it secures your place in a small, capped group. Any instalments paid beyond the deposit are also non-refundable once the 14-day window has closed.
If you book within 14 days of the cohort start date (12 October), sessions may begin before your cancellation window ends. By booking, you confirm you'd like the programme to begin as scheduled, and understand that if you cancel after the group has started, you won't be refunded for any sessions already delivered.
If Amber needs to cancel or reschedule the cohort itself, you'll be offered a full refund or a place in a future cohort, your choice
