Mother Loss Group Circle: April-May 2026, Wednesdays.

The Mother Loss group circle offers a compassionate community and space where individuals can come together to share stories, process grief, and find comfort through connection. Whether your loss is recent or long ago, this circle honours the unique relationship between mother and child. Offering solace, understanding, and the strength that comes from shared experience and storytelling. Here, you are not alone.
This group is open to anyone who has experienced the death of a mother or motherly figure.
Total price for this group circle is £250 for the 7 sessions (This equates to £35.00 per session). £35 is payable to reserve your space today. This price is reflective of the time, length, expertise and detailed curation of these group circles.
Remaining balance is payable three weeks prior to the start of our groups. (For this group, that date is 25th March). Flexible payment plans can be discussed and arranged to spread costing. Dates and Timings
Dates: Wednesday 15th April- 27th May 2026 (15th, 22nd, 29th April, 6th, 13th, 20th, 27th May)
Timings: 19:00-20:30pm BST (An additional 15 minute retainer is added onto sessions in case we run over time)
What You Can Expect:
These groups can include a maximum of 11 participants meeting over 7 weeks for 1hour30 mins together. Each session holds a particular focus that has derived from each attendees private 1:1 consultation, ensuring that all participants have a topic each week they can relate and contribute to.
One 1:1 consultation call with Amber is included before we begin our weekly group sessions. This call is a chance for Amber to get to know you and for you to ask any questions about the group and what to expect. Typical topics we might cover but not limited to in the groups are: Coping mechanisms, navigating friendships/relationships, family dynamics, identity, secondary losses, honouring, remembering and continuing bonds, physical effects of grief and much more.
An additional and optional free 30 minute 1:1 session is included should you feel you need it during our time together or after our groups time has finished.
Please note, all sessions for this specific group are virtual and held on Google hangout, which you will receive details before your sessions begin.
There is occasional homework, but this is nothing more than an additional prompt to accompany that weeks session and theme.
At the beginning of our groups time you will receive an invitation to join a private Whatsapp group chat to further connect with your group circle in between our sessions and of course after the experience has ended.
Next Steps
Once you have reserved your space, you will receive a confirmation email from The Grief Gang. Amber will then be in touch between 3-7 business working days to schedule in your free 1:1 consultation call and provide you with the remaining invoice details. Your consultation call will take place anywhere between 2-3 weeks before the group circles starting date.
