What to expect

Our group calls are gently guided by a facilitator who's here to hold space, offer prompts, and keep the conversation flowing.

Each call follows a simple rhythm:

  1. Welcome and check-in. Your host will greet everyone and lead a short breathwork exercise to settle the group. They'll also walk you through the platform, how to use it safely and comfortably and share a few gentle ground rules so our time together feels safe for everyone.

  2. A topic or reflection to begin. Your host will offer a prompt to help open the conversation, but you're never limited to it. The space is there for whatever's on your mind or heart, whether that connects to the topic or not.

  3. An invitation to share. The circle opens for reflections, stories, and contributions. Sharing isn't required, listening can be every bit as meaningful and where it feels right, your host will gently invite you in. There's no pressure to speak before you're ready.

  4. A soft close. We finish with another short breathwork exercise and a few gentle reminders for aftercare, so you have something to land on once the call ends.
